All Deposits are NON-refundable.

Please be aware we need a Final head count 30 days before your reservations date, and your lunch order 7 days prior to your cancellation date.

The balance is due in cash the day of when the driver arrives. If you would like to pay with a credit card or check it is required 1 week prior to your reservation date.

Below is a list of the vineyards included in our base package. We work with all the vineyards but there are some that do have an additional surcharge if chosen.

1. Baiting Hollow Farm Vineyard, Duck Walk, Jason Vineyard, Lenz, Long Island Vodka, Osprey Dominion, Pindar, Pugliese, & Vineyard 48
$5 Surcharges

2. Lieb, McCalls, Rafael’s
$10 Surcharges

3. Castello Di Borghese, Laurel Lake, Palmer, Shinn Estate
$15 Surcharges

4. Bedell, Corey Creek, Martha Clara, Sparkling Pointe

$20 Surcharges

  • Jamesport Vineyard, Paumanok Bedell and Corey Creek don’t accept reservations over 10 people
  • McCalls doesn’t accept reservations over 12 people
  • Rafael’s doesn’t accept reservations on Saturdays
  • Laurel Lake doesn’t accept reservations on Sundays

Vineyards are on a first come first serve basis standard vineyards must be picked 14 days prior to reservations or we reserve the right to choose the vineyards for you.

Premium vineyards are on a first come first serve basis and must be chosen 30 days in advance in under 30 days we have the right to choose something comparable for you at our discretion.

No Cancellations allowed once an amount of people are given within 30 days. We are not responsible if anyone in your party cancels you are responsible for the full balance. No exceptions! Our company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time the day of or at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of 100.00 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee is $250.00 for Limo $500.00 for Bus. Smoking and Drug use is prohibited by law and strictly enforced. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof/emergency exits and caught attempting to do so the ride is over immediately and no refund will be given. Abuse to the driver will also not be tolerated and will be based on the driver’s discretion if the trip continues or not. Smoking of any kind is not permitted AT ALL! Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the trip sheet. We Are Not responsible for any delays, due to stops, traffic or anything that is out of our control. We are Not responsible for articles left in the limousine if found they will be returned. Balances to be paid to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the run. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
